Muso’s Nights back to Homepage

Muso’s nights are quite a popular thing these days but we reckon we were probably one of the first as our Muso’s nights have been going strong for over 15 years! In that time we have seen musicians come and go, discovered new talent and even seen one or two go on to make a career in music.

The key to the success of our fortnightly Muso’s nights, we believe, is our our laid back ‘come and have a go’ attitude.  Just turn up (although we do recommend you call us first as we do get quite busy) with your guitar, keyboard, lute, harmonica or what ever instrument you like as long as you can bang out a decent tune. Alternatively you can bring along a backing track and your superb voice, we really don’t mind.

Muso’s these days are overseen by John ‘Prendo’ Prendergast, an extraordinarily brilliant professional recording artiste who was booked to play here many years ago and went down a storm. Prendo pretty much fell in love with the pub, it’s locals and their enthusiasm for good live music and has been ‘One of us’ ever since.

If you fancy a good night out to sing, play, watch or even dance, Bottom Pub Muso’s nights could be just what you are looking for.
